Free Sports Pysicals are available Saturday, August 2nd at BodyWorx. If your child wishes to participate in sports, they must have a physical exam and a signed form by
a parent or guardian. Be sure to take advantage of this service or make an appointment with your personal physician. Be sure to include the form attached.
