The 8th Grade Graduation ceremony has been changed to Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Crutcho gymnasium. Refreshments will be provided by the school in the cafeteria afterwards.
Each graduating student is responsible for the cost of their tassel, t-shirt, yearbook, class trip and graduation photo. The total cost for these items is $40.00. We will need the time to place the order and have the items delivered. We are requesting that payment be made to Crutcho School by April 30, 2018. Cash or money orders may be given to Mr. Warbinton or to Mrs.Oyerinde in the Registrar’s Office.
Graduation rehearsal will be held in the morning of May 31. We will begin at 8 a.m. and students will be dismissed by 10:00 a.m. We will provide bus transportation, or you may pick up your child by 10:00 a.m. Please make the necessary arrangements. We will not have supervision available after 10:00 a.m. and eighth grade students will not be allowed to remain on campus.
Each graduating student must be in the library by 5:15 p.m. on May 31st to prepare for the ceremony. They should arrive dressed in Sunday attire. There will be no school for eighth grade students on Friday, June 1st. We will be conducting school for PreK through 7th grade only.
We request your eighth grade graduate not plan on coming to school on Friday as it will disrupt the regular classes.
